From a very young age, I spent much of my time in nature and felt myself very connected with animals, intuitively healthy eating, and a naturally active lifestyle.
She absorbed a lot of holistic knowledge about herbs, berries, and traditional chants as ways to heal different problems and diseases from her grandmother in Russia.

She was an athlete for 15 years.
She played professional basketball in Moscow. She helped herself recover from several knee surgeries through yoga and other techniques, and went on to help other professional athletes rehabilitate from injuries.

Antonina use to be high power lawyer.

She also learned a number of traditional healing techniques from shamans in Siberia (Lake Baikal) such as fasting up to 30 days, herbal medicine, healing hikes and prayers, and worked on healing a variety of conditions, including weight problems, allergies, drug addictions, and diseases like cancer.

She spent several years traveling around the world picking up different methods from West and East.
In Thailand she studied at a school for the blind, where they teach how to see people through the fingertips instead of the eyes. She journeyed to India to continue her spiritual growth and to study yoga from different teachers and ashrams. She went to different practices like full silence Vipassana, healing Osho movements, and how to help people through improvisational movement, touch, and dance. She was studying yoga and Ayurveda at Shivananda ashrams in India, USA and Canada.

Upon returning to Moscow she opened her own yoga and holistic health studio, but decided to continue her training.

She is constantly growing and expanding her yoga practice and seeking new holistic practices to help people by her priceless way of living. Antonina loves to inspired people to feel wholesome, and loved by Mother Nature!

I work and live in Venice, CA.

"It is hard to throw a rock in LA without hitting a Yoga teacher...most of them are pretty good, but if you take a hundred of them, you will find that one of them is on another level. Antonina is just that; she is the real deal. She seems too young to have so much knowledge and wisdom about yoga and about life. She really understands what it's all about and is truly dedicated to helping people on their path to improvement."

"It really helps me a lot to have the private instruction...I need a lot of guidance as I am not very flexible. Antonina keeps an eye on my form and helps me stretch with partner yoga. Each class is different (inside, outside on the grass, or sometimes on the beach). She pushes me just enough, while always remaining positive, encouraging and peaceful. Beyond yoga, she also offers health and diet consultation and excellent massage."

"I really can't say enough about her...she is humble, sincere and authentic, and is clearly on her own path of improvement. I am so grateful to know her."

"Antonina is a very spiritual, kind being and that shines through her yoga teachings and massage therapy. Her attention to detail in creating a harmonious and balanced surrounding for both of her practices are first rate. She is extremely knowledgeable and innovative in both her areas of expertise and you truly feel the effects and benefits following either type of session. I strongly recommend her private services and gladly promote her "Sundays: Yoga in the Park" donation classes in Santa Monica! Don't forget to inquire with her directly about the times and locations! It's the perfect end to a wonderful weekend of relaxation or decompression from work. All in all, if you are in search of healing on any level" - Shar M.
